Disney Channel actor Chris Tavarez arrested for felony domestic violence
Disney actor Chris Tavarez has been booked for felony domestic violence.
The 27-year-old was picked up by police Monday night, days after an incident where he lashed out at his girlfriend, pushing her so hard she fell and hit her head, according to law enforcement officials who spoke to TMZ.
The woman’s injuries resulted in a concussion.

Police insiders say that Chris and the woman were in Hollywood when they got into a dispute which quickly escalated towards being physical.
The Atlanta-born actor allegedly pushed his girlfriend, causing her to call and hit her head.
Cops were called to the home after the incident, but by the time they arrived Tavarez had fled the scene already.

During their visit responding officers noticed marks on the woman’s body, but she refused any medical treatment.
Family insiders divulged that she later sought out medical treatment and was told by doctors she had suffered a concussion.
Two days after authorities’ initial visit to the home, Tavarez was arrested and booked.
He is currently out on $100k bond.

Tavarez has yet to respond to DailyMail.com’s request for comment.
