In second place are Deb and Andy Saunders, who aren’t too far behind with 388 out of 450 across all of their reveals.

In last place are Tess Cattana and Luke Struber, who have just 368.5 out of 450.

It’s unclear if the judge’s scores can predict a winner, but Australia’s leading buyer’s advocate, Greville Pabst, believes that only two teams are in contention for the $100,000 bonus on top of selling above their reserves.

Mr Pabst predicts it will be a battle between Mitch and Mark, and Jesse Raeburn and Mel Manson.

He told Realestate.com.au the feedback from prospective buyers has been the most positive for Mitch and Mark’s townhouse.

Mr Pabst added that their apartment is also the most north-facing and has the ‘most personality’.

‘It’s the house with the most personality, some wow factors and it would rent for more money than the others,’ he said.

But Mr Pabst believes Jesse and Mel’s home is more ‘desirable’ from a residential perspective and appeals to a wider demographic.

‘It’s quite conservative in its approach and a lot of the risk has been taken out of the style,’ he observed.

Deb and Andy are the fan favourites to win, while Mr Pabst says Tess Cattana and Luke Struber are the ‘dark horses’.

According to the expert, Matt and El’ise Bothe are unlikely to win the competition.

The five townhouses at the former Oslo Hotel are expected to sell for at least $3million each.
