Patrick Frazee’s mistress is seen picking up fast food after ‘helping him clean up murder scene’
Patrick Frazee’s mistress was caught on camera picking up food from Sonic after she claimed she spent hours cleaning up the murder scene where her boyfriend beat his fiancée to death with a bat, footage exclusively obtained by DailyMail.com shows.
Krystal Lee Kenney is the star witness in the case against Frazee, 33, who is on trial for murdering his fiancée Kelsey Berreth, 29, on Thanksgiving Day last year in her home in Woodland Park, Colorado. Her body was never found.
Kenney was seen in surveillance footage pulling up to a drive-thru window, and while she waited for her order, primped and played with her hair, before leaving with her food around 1pm on November 24, 2018 – the day after the alleged murder.
Kenney testified she had picked up the food for Frazee and his one-year-old child with Berreth after she spent hours cleaning up splattered blood at Berreth’s home, and then went over to Frazee’s home with the fast food.
She claims Frazee went on to burn a black tote that contained Berreth’s body on his property.
Frazee has denied killing Berreth and pleaded not guilty to murder charges, as the court heard on Friday from Frazee’s longtime friend, who claimed Frazee told him ‘if there is no body, there is no crime‘ before and after Berreth disappeared.

Also on Friday, Stephanie Courtney, a District Attorney’s Office Investigator, was called to the stand to testify on the Sonic surveillance footage.
Courtney said she had deemed Kenney to be the woman who pulled up to the fast food joint the day after the murder, and also determined the black Volkswagen seen was the car Kenney had borrowed from a friend in Idaho to drive down to Colorado.
Courtney said the video’s final frame, which showed a blonde woman in a gray sweatshirt leaning over toward the passenger side seat as she drove away, made clear it was Kenney driving the car.
Kenney took to the stand last week to deliver her bombshell testimony against her former lover.
She revealed Frazee and Berreth’s daughter, Kaylee, was in the back room when her mother was being beaten to death by her father.
Kenney also claimed she left specific blood splatters for authorities to discover, telling prosecutors that she used Windex and bleach to clean Berreth’s residence.
During cross examination, Frazee’s attorney wondered why Kenney failed to alert authorities of the murder plot when she had ‘multiple opportunities’ to do so.
Kenney explained she was afraid of Frazee, who she dated in 2006 and then reconnected with him when he was with Berreth, becoming his mistress in 2015.
Kenney described her tumultuous relationship with Frazee, saying that the two first met in 2006 at a dance and were together for a year before they decided to split.

A year later, she saw him again when he offered to give her a border collie puppy.
She made the drive down to Colorado and after arriving was told that she should break up with her then-fiance and get back together with Frazee.
Kenney said she refused his offer but did leave with the dog, which led to a threat from her ex.
‘Patrick said if he didn’t get the check, he was going to come to Idaho and kill the dog,’ Kenney said, according to KTVB.
Frazee again popped up one day before Kenney’s wedding, urging her to call off the nuptials, she said.
Over the next five years there was no contact and Kenney had two children with her husband, but once they hit a rough patch in 2015 she reached out to Frazee.
She also revealed how in March 2016 – while she was still married to her husband and Frazee was dating Kelsey Berreth – she learned she was pregnant with his child.
Kenney testified that Frazee didn’t react when she told him the pregnancy news, but did express his concern about being father to a ‘bastard child.’
He told Kenney: ‘Well, I guess you’re a baby killer or you’re not.’ She told the court she aborted the baby.
She put their relationship on hold for a bit and filed for divorce from her husband.
Kenney testified that on Thanksgiving Day, she received a phone call from a ‘rattled’ Frazee (pictured) who ‘told me I have a mess to clean up.’ When she arrived at his Colorado home, with the cleaning supplies he’d told her to bring, he ordered her to clean off the footprints in the bathroom, Kenney told the court

Kenney shared the sordid details of her relationship with Frazee and claims he demanded she clean the murder scene after he bludgeoned Berreth to death on Thanksgiving.
Kenney told the court that Frazee told her Berreth’s last words were begging her fiance to ‘please stop’
She says he also asked her to look for Berreth’s tooth in a vent.

Frazee greeted his ex by staring her down as she entered the courtroom, according to Fox 21.
Kenney got into much of the information that she had shared in her interview with authorities earlier this year, including how Frazee allegedly asked her to kill Berreth four times.
In one instance, she was to give her coffee laced with drugs. Kenney said that she did bring Berreth the coffee in case Frazee as watching, but did not poison as directed.
Then she was asked to take Berreth’s life with a baseball bat, but again backed out at the scene, in case she was being monitored, she claimed.
Frazee then allegedly supplied Kenney with a metal pipe and asked her to take out Berreth by striking her on the back of her neck.
Berreth, 29, was last seen nearly a year ago with the couple’s daughter near her home in Woodland Park.
